Online Spanish Classes
Requirements
- A reliable internet connection.
- A laptop, desktop computer, a tablet or smartphone.
- A webcam.
- Willing to learn.
Payments
All payments are made through PayPal, a secure way of online payment.
Payment methods are the following:
- With PayPal account.
- With debit or credit card.
Payment of lessons is made in advance.
Cancellations and Change
Cancellation or change of classes can be made 24 hours in advance using the links at the bottom of the confirmation email that you get after scheduling the class or by email, unless it is an emergency situation, other the full cost of the lesson will be charged.
No-shows will be charged.
If not present within 10 minutes, the class will be canceled.
Classes Expiration
You will be able to use any package you acquired in the period of 6 months. In case you don’t manage to redeem it by that time, the package will expire, and you will need to purchase a new one.
Refund
Classes are refundable. You will be refunded the entire cost of the classes as long as you request a refund within the three days after the purchase.
Trial Lesson
You are not obligated to take more lessons after the trial lesson.
Trial lesson is nonrefundable.

Important Information
Classes are through Skype or Google Meet.
We only accept students older than 18 who have at least a basic understanding of Spanish grammar to start a conversation.
The available schedule for the classes is displayed in our calendar.
Digital Products
Payment
All payments are made through PayPal or Venmo, secure ways of online payment.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no cancellations, returns, and refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
